Participation in any promotion or bonus offered by 20games is voluntary. By activating a bonus, you automatically agree to that promotion's specific terms, which include — but are not limited to — the rollover requirement, expiration date, eligible games, and maximum bet per round while completing the rollover.
Rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover requires R$ 3,000.00 in qualifying bets. A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the system of the 20games at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the bet was correctly confirmed before the event begins.
If a sporting event (including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, or Libertadores matches) is cancelled before it begins, the wagered amount is refunded in full to the account balance. If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original time, the bet remains valid. Rescheduling beyond 48 hours results in automatic bet cancellation and a full refund. In accumulators, the cancelled event is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events.
Live bets are accepted while the market remains open. The 20games may suspend live markets at any time for technical or operational reasons. Bets already confirmed remain valid regardless of any subsequent market suspensions.
