Five exclusive tiers, real cashback, a personal manager, and benefits that grow with you. Start today and find out what it really means to be a VIP.
If you already play regularly at the casino, on Sports Betting, or at the poker tables, know that every bet you place at 20games has value beyond the outcome of any single game. Our platform has built one of the most comprehensive loyalty programs in the Brazilian market, designed specifically to recognize and reward players who choose 20games as their home.
It's straightforward: you automatically earn VIP points on every valid bet placed on the platform — whether on slots, live casino, Brasileirão betting, poker, or crash games. As your points accumulate, you climb through the levels and unlock increasingly valuable benefits: higher cashback, expanded withdrawal limits, access to exclusive promotions, and much more.
The program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a distinct set of perks, and Diamond members receive personalized attention from a dedicated VIP manager who tracks their history and offers tailored special conditions.
At 20games, we believe loyal players deserve more than just great odds and quality games — they deserve to be treated like VIPs. That's why our program was built to be transparent, fair, and genuinely rewarding for the Brazilian players who are part of our community.
Every level you unlock brings a new set of rewards waiting for you
All players start at Bronze and increase as they accumulate VIP points. Points have no expiration date as long as the account remains active.

Every BRL wagered counts. Here's how the points system works
Create your account, make a deposit via Pix, bank slip, credit card, or Mercado Pago, and you're automatically enrolled at Bronze level.
Every valid bet on slots, Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, or crash games automatically earns VIP points credited to your account.
In your account dashboard, you can see in real time how many points you've accumulated, the next level, and exactly how far you are from reaching it.
Once you hit the points threshold for the next level, the upgrade is automatic. Your new benefits take effect the same week — no paperwork, no waiting.

There are many betting sites in Brazil, and most of them offer some version of a loyalty program. But the 20games VIP Program 20games was designed with a different philosophy: no red tape, no points that expire without warning, no benefits that look great on paper but disappear in the fine print.
Here, every point you earn stays in your account for as long as you play. Level-ups are automatic — once you reach the required score, the promotion happens on its own, no request or support ticket needed. And your new benefits kick in right away, that same week.
VIP cashback is one of the standout advantages of the 20games. While many platforms only pay cashback under specific conditions or with dozens of fine-print requirements, our weekly cashback is calculated on your total betting volume for the week and credited every Monday to your account balance — no additional rollover required for Gold members and above. It's real money back in your account.
For football bettors, the VIP Program makes even more sense. Imagine placing bets on the Brasileirão Série A every round, following Flamengo, Palmeiras, Corinthians, Atlético MG, and Grêmio week after week — and earning points on every single bet. Within a few months, any active sports bettor would already be at Silver level or higher, enjoying faster Pix withdrawals and extra free spins to explore the slots.
Diamond members — our highest tier — receive a personal VIP manager who knows your profile and is available 24 hours a day to handle any request. Whether it's raising a withdrawal limit, getting a personalized offer ahead of a big Copa do Brasil match, or simply answering a question, your VIP manager is there. That level of service is what sets 20games apart from 20games of most platforms in the Brazilian market.
Also worth highlighting are the exclusive tournaments for VIP members. Periodically, 20games runs slots and poker tournaments exclusively for Gold-level players and above, with real-money prizes and no entry fee required. It's one more way to get extra value from your loyalty to the platform.
All of this is part of a long-term vision at 20games: to build a lasting relationship with Brazilian players, grounded in trust, transparency, and rewards that make a real difference. Sign up today, start at Bronze, and see how quickly you can rise through the levels when you play consistently.
